Horseback Riding:
This is the last year that horses will be available to ride during the Ensign Ranch Campout.  Horse rides will be $5 CASH only and non-refundable for a one hour ride.  There are 8 trail ride horses available.  Stop by the Barn and reserve your spot when you get to the Ranch!  Be at the Barn 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.  Your spot will be given to someone else if you are late.  Again, if you don't show, you will not be refunded - for any reasons, and it's only $5 cash! Parent-led rides are still free. There will only be 2 horses available this year and each ride is 15 minutes in length.  Hours of operation will be posted at the barn.  Click here for more information.

3K & 5K Color Run/Walk: You chose whether you want to take a short walk (1/2 mile) with the children or run a full 5K. This Color Run is sure to be fun for the whole family.  Be sure to bring sunglasses, a white shirt, camera and a water gun (check out the additional information provided).  After the Color Run/Walk an antique fire truck will spray the air with water, and there will be pools to fill your water guns for a good old-fashion water fight. FOR MORE INFORMATION: CLICK ON THE 5K COLOR RUN INFORMATION SHEET ATTACHED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

Field Games: Come to the Field on the way to barn to find all these awesome activities: Giant Jenga, Human Foosball, Monkey Bridge, Putt-Putt Golf, Softball, and 9-Square!

Mountain/BMX Bike Ride: NEW THIS YEAR! Bring your bike and head on a fun bike ride at the ranch!  Refer to the map attached at the bottom of this page for the proposed route.

Geo-Catching: Pick up your first clue outside the First Aid Station. Follow the clues hidden all over the ranch!

Zumba/Yoga Class: An exercise class held in the Main Tent.

Hay Rides:  Come along now, and join us on an old fashioned hayride.   Hop on, and bring your partners or just yourself for a time honored nostalgic experience.

Climbing Wall:  For ages 4 and up, this event is a challenge for all.  Come put on a climbing belt and see how high you can go.  Rock wall is located by the Summer Cabins.

Slip 'n Slide:  Easy to find, it is across the road from the Lodge.  It is open to all that have signed a release.  Please do not leave your kids to play here alone. There is some supervision but they are not babysitters.  Please wear water shoes to slide.  No bare feet allowed.

Ropes Course:  Ropes Course:  Try something new, and maybe even a little scary (most challenges are only a few feet off the ground), in the Ropes Course.  During the challenges you will work within a team to problem solve, communicate and encourage your team members to overcome their fears and achieve new goals through respect and camaraderie.  Ages 10+. Click here for more information.

Competitive Games: Have a blast and win big playing "Minute-To-Win-It" and other such fun games in the Main Tent.

Archery and Tomahawk Throw:
Back again by popular demand, Jonathan Hawk, an certified bowhunter.  Come and enjoy learning from an expert (across the street from the Ropes Course, near Lockomura)

Pellet Guns: Come to the Rifle Ranch (follow signs to Far West) to check out the pellet gun activity.

Service Projects:  Painting the benches at Ayatma Firebowl. Wear clothes you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. At least 10 volunteers needed.

Cider Press:  A favorite at the Ranch, we are grateful for those that donate the apples and go to so much work for this to happen!  Grab a jug, grab a cup, head up to the Lodge and quench your thirst with homemade apple cider.

Kids Craft Tables:  This event is specific for Primary Age Children. Meet in the field on the way to the barn quality time with your kids 3 to 11 years old.

Sponge Dodgeball: Come to the field by the Trillium Restrooms to play dodgeball...with sponges!!

Blind Canoe Races:
The story of 3 Blind Mice has morphed into 2 blindfolded paddlers ...and one seeing paddler.   Come to the lake to participate or cheer on canoe teams vying for points as they gather the most floating objects with the highest point values.  The bow and stern will be manned by blindfolded canoeists with the person in the middle calling out paddling directions and gathering the objects.

Dances: Friday Night is a Family Friendly Dance!  Bring your friends and will be so much fun!  There will be two Saturday Night Dances, one for the Youth and one for the Adults. There will also be activities for children under 14. Get your (Mormon) wild on and come have a good time!

Sunday Primary Services: Over 1200 people meet for church services in the main tent. Click here for a detailed Sunday schedule.
